Diabetes and Hypertension Training

COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKERS (CHW) can help people better manage or prevent hypertension and diabetes; chronic diseases that are plaguing tens of thousands of Delawareans. CHWs are vital to bridging the gap between ethnic, cultural or geographic communities and healthcare providers. That unique position is why University of Delaware School of Nursing is offering FREE trainings to CHWs to enhance your knowledge and understanding of these diseases.
